You will need to specify the “remedy” you are seeking (censure, reprimand, dismissal).

Back up your complaint with documentation if at all possible.

After your complaint is filed you must not discuss it with anyone else.

The Supreme Court may or may not respond or acknowledge the complaint.

Complaints must be sent by US Mail. Send Certified Mail with return receipt so you have documentation that your complaint was filed.
