Grendell Wish List Bill Dies in Committee

In a one-sentence memo today, the Ohio House Government Accountability and Oversight Committee appears to have stymied Judge Grendell’s attempted power grab by concluding their meeting schedule for the summer without holding the final hearing on HB-218. We will continue to monitor this story and keep you posted of further developments.
