Our organization, Protect Geauga Parks endorses the passage of Russell Issue 23. It provides for the establishment of public parks controlled by the people of Russell Township.  Even though Issue 23 affects only Russell Township and will appear only on Russell Township ballots, we believe the passage of this issue will serve the interests of all of Geauga County. We encourage Russell Township voters to vote yes on Issue 23 to put Russell Parks in Russell Control.
