It seems to me that Mr. Oros says he has the authority to do as he pleases, so the commissioners seem to be of little use.  Kind of makes me wonder if they could fire him if they wanted to…you know, like who is in charge?  You can’t question his actions and expect a reply according to open comment rules.

It is sad that with all the turn-over, the commissioners have became pawns of the director. People should question what can be done to put the breaks on Mr. Oros!
